About the role

  • Consultative client advisor engaging customers in digital agriculture and providing technical support in a technology company. Involves multi-channel communication and solution direction.

Responsibilities

  • Consultative support for customers across multiple channels (email, chat, phone)
  • Customer engagement throughout the Digital Agriculture journey
  • Monitoring and routing of requests
  • Troubleshooting and problem resolution
  • Reactive and proactive interactions with customers aimed at retention and engagement
  • Technical support for farmers
  • Verification of machinery/equipment compatibility

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, or related field)
  • Intermediate/Advanced English
  • Experience in customer-facing roles (customer service, customer success, support)
  • Knowledge of the MS Office suite
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM
  • Familiarity with customer service platforms and systems
  • Familiarity with SMS tools, QGIS, MapShaper, Swagger
  • Experience working in technology companies using Agile methodologies
  • Intermediate/Advanced Spanish
  • Experience providing customer support via social media and/or Reclame Aqui
