Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, or related field)
Intermediate/Advanced English
Experience in customer-facing roles (customer service, customer success, support)
Knowledge of the MS Office suite
Knowledge of Salesforce CRM
Familiarity with customer service platforms and systems
Familiarity with SMS tools, QGIS, MapShaper, Swagger
Experience working in technology companies using Agile methodologies
Intermediate/Advanced Spanish
Experience providing customer support via social media and/or Reclame Aqui
