About the role

  • Oncology Sales Specialist driving sales in the Boston, MA area for oncology products. Partnering with customers and educating them on our product offerings while analyzing sales trends.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and meet with key stakeholders to understand practice structure, business model, and key influencers
  • Use appropriate resources to create a compelling and logical rationale for the value of our Oncology products during informed discussions with customers
  • Possess knowledge of cancer staging, possible treatment options, and dosing schedules associated with different tumors/diseases
  • Analyze and identify trends in a complex buying environment
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term account plans in collaboration with the account team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of sales experience OR a minimum of high school diploma with at least 10 years of equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of field-based experience, selling an oncology therapeutic to oncology customers
  • Valid driver’s license and able to drive a vehicle
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
