Responsibilities
- Responsible for sustaining and enabling data intelligence and CRM for a global client, ensuring the organization, standardization, and reliability of data sources and dashboards.
- Maintains analytical routines, ensuring speed, consistency, and quality in the generation of information.
- Provides direct support to Mid-level BI Analysts, contributing to CRM operational efficiency and gradually progressing to more complex analyses focused on journey understanding, performance, and customer-base behavior.
Requirements
- Intermediate SQL, BigQuery, Power BI/Looker;
- Previous experience with CRM analysis, performance, and segmentation — desirable;
- Analytical mindset, critical thinking, and decision-oriented approach;
- Clear communication and a consultative manner;
- Degree in STEM, Business Administration, and/or related fields;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the area.
