About the role

• Consultant in Geschäftsprozessmanagement supporting public sector and health sector digital transformation. Analyzing processes and developing innovative solutions for clients at moysies & partners.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes in public administration and identify optimization opportunities.
• Design future-proof target processes.
• Model and document processes (e.g., in BPMN).
• Support the transition to digital workflows (e.g., using tools such as Adonis, Camunda, or Signavio).
• Facilitate workshops with subject-matter experts and process owners.
• Develop processes efficiently with a focus on social impact and user-centricity.
• Support clients from analysis through implementation: create process maps, define KPIs, and introduce process management standards.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of interdependencies and a solid methodological foundation in process management.
• Initial experience in the public sector.
• Experience modeling and documenting business processes (e.g., using BPMN).
• Familiarity with common BPM tools (e.g., Adonis, Camunda, Signavio).
• Analytical thinking and strong communication skills.
• Enjoyment of project-based work.
• Completed university degree in any relevant field such as public administration, business, social sciences, or political science.
• Interest in further developing the consulting approach toward impact-oriented process management.
