Responsibilities
- Lead strategic consulting engagements focused on manufacturing and supply chain transformation.
- Advise clients on best practices, implementing advanced solutions, and driving operational excellence across end-to-end processes.
- Provide thought leadership on manufacturing and supply chain strategies, including planning, procurement, production, logistics, and inventory management.
- Assess client business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and digital transformation.
- Develop and present business cases for process improvements and technology adoption.
- Lead design and deployment of ERP and supply chain solutions (SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms).
- Ensure alignment of solutions with industry standards and client objectives.
- Oversee integration of advanced technologies such as IoT, AI/ML, and predictive analytics for smart manufacturing.
- Engage with senior client executives to define strategic goals and KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.
- Publish whitepapers, participate in conferences, and contribute to internal knowledge-building initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 12+ years in manufacturing and supply chain consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep knowledge of ERP systems (SAP PP/MM, Oracle SCM, etc.).
- Familiarity with advanced planning systems (APS), MES, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead large-scale transformation programs.
- Preferred Certifications APICS CPIM/CSCP PMP or equivalent project management certification SAP/Oracle functional certifications
