About the role

  • Conveyancing Team Manager overseeing legal operations at ONP Solicitors in Stockport. Responsible for managing a team of Property Lawyers and enhancing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring smooth running of all operations.
  • Look after all people issues and motivate team members.
  • Build a high performing team by coaching, mentoring and managing performance.
  • Apply a high level of legal knowledge in all aspects of the role.
  • Influence ways of working to benefit the department.
  • Propose, implement and engage with change initiatives.
  • Be accountable for team behaviours in line with Movera Values.
  • Efficiently manage poor performance and document steps undertaken.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across the business and with third parties/introducers.

Requirements

  • Extensive Conveyancing experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a team.
  • A passion for training, coaching and mentoring.
  • The drive and energy to develop and motivate a high-performing team.
