Responsibilities
Assist with quote generation, CRM updates, and pre-sales documentation.
Conduct initial research on DoD opportunities, solicitations, and market developments.
Support Sales Directors with basic correspondence and scheduling.
Shadow product demos and join virtual client meetings as needed.
Collaborate with the Sales Administration and Sales Engineering teams on proposals.
Monitor contract portals and highlight leads to Senior ISR.
Prepare briefing materials and data summaries for internal use.
Support tradeshow preparation and follow-up logistics.
Actively pursue ongoing education on industry terminology, government procurement processes, competitors, and competitive technologies.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 2 years of sales, proposal, or analyst experience.
Organized, communicative, and eager to learn about defense sales.
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and/or equivalent Google tools.
Note - Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, or U.S. Permanent Resident) due to clients under U.S. federal contracts.
