About the role

  • Manager of Sales Enablement responsible for improving seller effectiveness across Mosai’s commercial organization. Collaborating with sales leadership and developing training programs for sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Improve seller effectiveness across Mosai’s commercial organization
  • Partner with sales leadership to define and implement enablement priorities aligned to GTM strategy
  • Develop and deliver training programs (onboarding, ongoing enablement, product updates, playbook adoption)
  • Support frontline managers with rep coaching frameworks, tools, and best practices
  • Reinforce adoption of the sales playbook, messaging, and sales process
  • Serve as the central owner of sales collateral strategy and governance
  • Partner with Marketing and Product to identify gaps in current materials and develop new content

Requirements

  • 4-7+ years of SaaS sales/account management, sales enablement, or related commercial experience
  • Experience selling into home-based healthcare, the broader healthcare industry, or health technology organizations is strongly preferred
  • Comfortable operating in regulated industries and in private equity–backed or high-growth environments, with a data-driven and cross-functional leadership style
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
  • Experience managing both enterprise and scaled (SMB) motions
