- Confident handling of Group Policies (GPOs), policies and system hardening measures.
- Ability to plan, execute and sustainably establish IT projects in a structured manner.
- Strong motivation to automate processes and continuously improve the IT landscape.
- Fluent German, both written and spoken (business negotiation level).
