About the role

Responsibilities

  • Actively further develop IT services
  • Identify challenges and develop solutions
  • Integrate AI tools into daily operations
  • Analyze and improve IT service performance
  • Responsible for incidents, problems and service requests within the company

Requirements

  • Vocational training as an IT specialist in application development (Fachinformatiker Anwendungsentwicklung) or equivalent qualifications
  • Experience with IT Service Management tools and frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
  • Ability to identify potential issues and optimization opportunities before they become visible
  • Structured and sustainable problem-solving approaches
  • Very good German and English skills
