About the role

  • Procurement Analyst supporting vendor management and strategic sourcing in a fast-paced FinTech environment. Involving procurement activities ensuring efficiency and compliance with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end process of invoicing and ordering IT equipment and services, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
  • Assist in the preparation and evaluation of RFPs for IT projects
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers
  • Monitor and manage IT inventory levels
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Core responsibility for managing third-party risk activities for technology vendors
  • Oversee the management of technology contracts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in IT procurement or a similar administrative role
  • Experience with contract management, including negotiation, execution, renewal preparation, and monitoring of contract performance
  • Experience in managing third-party risk activities for technology vendors
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse data and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of IT products and services, including hardware, software, and IT services
