About the role

  • VP Games defining and leading the end-to-end gaming strategy at Mondia. Driving user growth, engagement, and revenue in digital gaming ecosystems globally.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the global gaming strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Identify market trends, player behaviours, and emerging opportunities (casual, mid-core, Triple AAA, cloud gaming…. etc.)
  • Build a future-focused gaming roadmap with clear growth and monetisation levers
  • Own the end-to-end gaming product portfolio (Design, build, launch, scale, optimize)
  • Lead the development of engaging, high-retention gaming experiences
  • Drive data-led decision-making across engagement, LTV, retention, and ARPU
  • Ensure best-in-class UX, gameplay mechanics, and monetisation models
  • Own gaming P&L and deliver against revenue, margin, and growth targets
  • Optimise monetisation strategies (in-app purchases, subscriptions, ads revenues, vouchers, competitions, play & Earn ….etc.)
  • Identify new revenue streams and expansion opportunities across markets
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with game studios, publishers, and platforms
  • Lead negotiations and commercial agreements to expand the gaming portfolio
  • Develop a strong partner ecosystem to accelerate content acquisition and innovation
  • Act as the primary product authority for gaming internally and externally
  • Influence senior stakeholders through data-driven insights and clear value propositions
  • Lead and develop a high-performing product team, fostering ownership, accountability, and innovation
  • Define product KPIs and success metrics, ensuring data-driven decision-making
  • Establish quality standards, testing frameworks, and release governance
  • Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

Requirements

  • A minimum of 7 years in gaming, digital product, or entertainment platforms
  • Proven experience defining and executing against roadmaps using Agile methodologies.
  • Expertise in both web and native app development and deployment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the digital value chain and key trends in global transformation, with experience in the telco industry, is considered a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to guide products from ideation to productization in complex, proven experience leading gaming products or portfolios at scale
  • Strong commercial track record (P&L ownership, revenue growth)
  • Experience in mobile gaming, LiveOps, or digital distribution platforms
  • Exposure to global markets, ideally across emerging markets
