Responsibilities
- Define and execute WOW!’s greenfield expansion strategy, identifying and prioritizing high-impact markets
- Develop long-term growth plans aligned to enterprise objectives
- Own and evolve investment models to ensure strong ROI and value creation
- Lead go-to-market strategies tailored to each market, including pricing, marketing, and sales channel execution
- Set and deliver against subscriber growth, revenue, and margin targets
- Partner with Commercial and Revenue teams to optimize pricing and promotional strategies
- Collaborate with Construction to align build plans, timelines, and cost efficiency
- Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure seamless market entry and scalability

Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in telecom, cable, or related industries
- 10+ years of leadership experience, building and leading high-impact teams
- Proven success in market expansion, business development, or GTM strategy
- Strong financial and analytical acumen, comfortable owning ROI models and performance metrics
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in complex, fast-paced environments
- Ability to influence at all levels, from local stakeholders to executive leadership
