Requirements
- Ongoing management of a portfolio of syndicated loans
- Ongoing review of syndicated loan and supporting finance & security documentation
- Covenant monitoring through the collection and analysis of financial statements
- Facilitating deal amendments and handling the collection of lender votes
- Facilitating obligor accessions
- Shadow senior team member on complex transactions
- Establish and maintain key relationships with clients and other market participants
- Coordinate efficient completion of GLAS’s KYC processes for new obligors
- Attendance at client meetings and industry conferences
