About the role

  • Senior Brand Activation Manager driving consumer-centric brand portfolio growth and executing trade marketing initiatives at Mondelēz International. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing market-specific assets.

Responsibilities

  • Working with other internal stakeholders, you will support the brand portfolio strategy and priorities to enable consumer-centric brand portfolio growth.
  • You will develop annual plans, setting objectives and allocating resources.
  • Offer recommendations for integrated commercial plans.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans that deliver on revenue and profit forecasts, and share objectives.
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing communications and 360 degree campaigns.
  • Responsible for the planning, execution, and oversight of trade marketing initiatives designed to drive product visibility, sales, and market share within assigned markets.
  • Manage trade marketing budgets and develop market-specific assets.
  • Serve as the primary marketing liaison with distributors, ensuring effective in-market execution and strong collaboration with the sales team.
  • Impacts on development of distribution/channel/customer distribution/coverage plans, MSL forming, execution of shelf space, category management activities.
  • Monitors & propose action plans to deliver price/promo competitiveness & PPA launch.
  • Accountable for the successful delivery of annual trade marketing execution plans and operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in trade marketing, ideally within relevant industry, e.g., FMCG, CPG.
  • Snack bar/functional nutrition experience highly favorable.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and drive in-market execution through distributors and/or retailers.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
