Responsibilities

Desarrollar reportería ejecutiva, sintetizando retos analíticos de alta complejidad en métricas de negocio y narrativas claras para niveles directivos.
Proponer y defender mejoras basadas en evidencia de datos, asegurando la alineación con los objetivos estratégicos a largo plazo.
Requirements
Dominio experto en Python, PySpark (Datio) y SQL.
Experiencia sólida en frameworks de Gen AI (LLMs, RAGs).
Manejo de herramientas de Business Intelligence (BI) para visualización ejecutiva.
Experiencia en el despliegue de soluciones en entornos productivos de Big Data.
Conocimientos en metodologías de medición de experiencia del cliente (NPS).
Experiencia en el sector bancario (Retail) o empresas de gran escala.
Licenciatura técnica (Ingeniería, Matemáticas, Ciencia de Datos) con Maestría en Ciencia de Datos o afines.
De 8 a 10 años de trayectoria profesional en áreas de Analytics o Data Science, con experiencia comprobable en roles de liderazgo estratégico y representación institucional.
