About the role

  • Sales Leader overseeing CLIF brand's regional sales strategy across Mondelēz Europe. Leading a team and developing partner management while managing sales operations for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a regional sales team of 2-3 direct reports
  • Drive regional sales strategy execution for CLIF brand across MEU
  • Manage sales operations ensuring operational efficiency
  • Spearhead business development model and manage 3rd party sales representatives
  • Develop and refine route-to-market (RTM) strategy for CLIF brand

Requirements

  • Strong experience leading remote sales teams
  • 7+ years of commercial business acumen
  • Demonstrated expertise in partner management and negotiation
  • Experience managing field sales and operations team
  • Cross-functional experience in sales revenue planning, category development, and corporate account management
