About the role

  • Assistant Sales for Constellium managing customer inquiries and internal coordination within the company. Involves market development and ensuring customer satisfaction through follow-ups and quality interface.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries: feasibility assessments and preparation of quotations
  • Participate in market development activities and identify new profitable opportunities in sales processes and tools
  • Record orders upon receipt and acknowledge them after verifying available production capacity
  • Monitor clients' order books with the Supply Chain department
  • Invoice orders to be shipped and coordinate shipping arrangements
  • Ensure timely payment of invoices through proactive reminders
  • Track disputes and delays
  • Serve as the Customer/Quality interface in the event of complaints
  • Maintain the interface with other company departments

Requirements

  • Holder of a BTS in Negotiation and Digitalization of Customer Relations, a BTS in Management of Commercial Units, or another commercial/business qualification
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills, both internally and externally
  • Able to work with multiple Account Managers at CONSTELLIUM
  • Dynamic, rigorous, and organized
  • Results-driven and committed to achieving assigned objectives
  • Good people skills and attentive to stakeholders' needs
  • Comfortable working independently in an international industrial environment
