Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries: feasibility assessments and preparation of quotations
Participate in market development activities and identify new profitable opportunities in sales processes and tools
Record orders upon receipt and acknowledge them after verifying available production capacity
Monitor clients' order books with the Supply Chain department
Invoice orders to be shipped and coordinate shipping arrangements
Ensure timely payment of invoices through proactive reminders
Track disputes and delays
Serve as the Customer/Quality interface in the event of complaints
Maintain the interface with other company departments
Requirements
Holder of a BTS in Negotiation and Digitalization of Customer Relations, a BTS in Management of Commercial Units, or another commercial/business qualification
Fluent in English
Strong interpersonal skills, both internally and externally
Able to work with multiple Account Managers at CONSTELLIUM
Dynamic, rigorous, and organized
