  • Territory Manager responsible for sales in Phoenix area for Mohawk Industries. Focused on engaging customers and achieving sales objectives in a competitive flooring market.

Responsibilities

  • Perform sales calls including traveling to customers and making sales presentations
  • Provide customer service to resolve issues
  • Monitor territory performance and improve as necessary
  • Assist in establishing sales objectives and ensuring compliance with established policies
  • Develop territory coverage plan to meet goals
  • Perform analysis on region opportunities and develop sales forecasts

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; college degree a plus
  • 1-3 years of progressively responsible work related experience
  • Ability to learn and maintain indebt knowledge of the company’s diverse business and product lines
  • Knowledge of the terms, concepts and practices of the marketing and sales environment, including basic accounting, product developments, and customer service
  • Proficient using a PC, e-mail and other in-house database systems
