About the role

  • Content Manager leading Modjo’s content strategy in B2B SaaS. Focusing on sales performance, AI, and brand visibility.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own Modjo’s content strategy
  • Build a clear content strategy aligned with Modjo’s positioning and core personas
  • Turn sales, AI, and performance topics into sharp, useful, and opinionated narratives
  • Identify the right formats, channels, and topics to reach salespeople and support their day-to-day challenges
  • Own the editorial calendar across key formats (website resources & blog, newsletters, LinkedIn)
  • Guarantee consistency of voice, tone, and storytelling across all content
  • Build and activate Modjo’s social media presence
  • Define and execute Modjo’s social media strategy across brand channels, employee advocacy, influencers, and industry partnerships
  • Produce social-first content grounded in the reality of salespeople in the field
  • Develop co-marketing content initiatives with partners, customers, and ecosystem players
  • Coordinate content production and distribution with partners to maximize impact
  • Use AI as a core component of the content workflow to scale ideation, production, repurposing, and distribution without compromising quality
  • Explore, test, and implement state-of-the-art AI tools for content creation

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS content marketing
  • Comfortable with sales, RevOps, SaaS, or go-to-market topics (or deeply curious about them)
  • Can think strategically and execute hands-on — writing is part of the job
  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset: take ownership, love autonomy, and enjoy building from scratch
  • Not afraid to rethink how content is created in the age of AI
  • Curious about tools, workflows, and new ways to work smarter
  • Care about clarity, sharp thinking, and useful content — not fluff
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Comfortable with design and video editing
