Responsibilities
You independently manage the fresh and service counters in your HIT store
You ensure product availability and the accuracy of the figures within your area of responsibility
Together with your team you present products attractively
You advise and serve customers — acting as a role model for your team
You are responsible for the service counters and ensure the optimal performance of the associated refrigerated shelves and chests in the self-service area
Through careful staff scheduling and your ability to motivate, develop and inspire employees, you prove that you are the ideal candidate for this role
Requirements
Completed training as a qualified fresh-food sales specialist or as a butcher
Ideally a master butcher (Meister) qualification or further training as a meat or cheese sommelier
Preferably some initial leadership experience in service counters
Very good knowledge of a wide range of cold cuts/charcuterie, meat, cheese and fish products
