Responsibilities
You independently manage the fresh and service counters in your HIT store
You ensure product availability and that the figures in your area of responsibility are correct
Together with your team, you merchandise goods attractively
You advise and serve customers — acting as a role model for your team
You are responsible for the service counters and ensure optimal performance of the refrigerated display units
Through your staff planning, you motivate and develop employees
Requirements
Completed training as a specialist sales assistant in the fresh-food area or as a butcher
Ideally a master craftsman qualification in butchery or further training as a meat or cheese sommelier
Preferably some initial leadership experience in service-counter operations
Very good knowledge of sausage, meat, cheese, and fish products
An outgoing, responsible team-player personality who is committed to the commercial success of their area as well as the satisfaction of customers and their team
