About the role

Responsibilities
- Plan and manage execution across multiple development team.
- Manage timelines, validation, data readiness, integrations, and infrastructure work.
- Define, track, and analyze execution KPIs (e.g., test pass rates, model performance, build stability, validation cycle times).
- Support roadmap planning by aligning feature scope with infrastructure capacity, data availability, and validation bandwidth.
- Help identify execution risks and resolve technical blockers, including failing tests, data gaps, integration conflicts, and infrastructure bottlenecks.
- Facilitate cross-team execution reviews using dashboards, reports, logs, and performance summaries.
- Engage hands-on with development artifacts, including reading code, running code and scripts, and reviewing outputs to support execution tracking and issue resolution.
Requirements
- BSc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of experience in program or product management, with hands-on development experience.
- Ability to read, understand, and run code and scripts (e.g., Python, bash or similar).
- Familiarity with development, CI/CD, testing, and data/ML tools.
- Experience with deep learning development processes.
- Excellent communication, organization, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
