About the role

  • Clinical Account Manager responsible for training healthcare professionals on OdonAssist. Collaborating with commercial teams to drive device adoption in French healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for obstetricians, midwives, and other relevant healthcare professionals on the use of OdonAssist™.
  • Organise workshops, seminars, and hands-on sessions to demonstrate device applications and best practices.
  • Provide ongoing support and education to ensure proficiency and confidence among users.
  • Collaborate closely with the commercial team to identify and engage potential public and private hospitals, and clinical leads across France.
  • Support regional business development strategies by mapping target accounts, understanding hospital procurement pathways, and identifying key decision-makers.
  • Represent OdonAssist™ at major French healthcare events to promote the device, generate leads, and strengthen brand awareness.

Requirements

  • Registered midwife or obstetrician with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in obstetrics.
  • Proven experience in clinical education or training roles.
  • Ability to bridge clinical knowledge with commercial opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel within France.
  • Fluent in French and English is required; Proficiency in other European languages is an advantage.
  • Experience working in a start-up environment is preferred
