Responsibilities
- Unterstützung bei der Implementierung institutioneller Investmentstrategien über verschiedene Assetklassen hinweg, einschließlich Managerselektionen, Mandatsvergaben und Portfolioanpassungen
- Betreuung laufender Kundenmandate und Implementierungsprojekte sowie Koordination interner und externer Stakeholder
- Erstellung regelmäßiger Reports und Analysen (Portfolio-, Performance- und Kapitalmarktdaten) sowie Ad-hoc-Auswertungen
- Fachliche Unterstützung unserer Kunden zu aktuellen Kapitalmarktthemen wie Private Markets, ESG, regulatorischen Entwicklungen oder neuen Anlageformen
- Analyse und Bewertung von Kapitalmarkttrends, Opportunitäten und Risiken sowie Ableitung der Relevanz für Kundenportfolios
- Erstellung von Präsentationen, Entscheidungsgrundlagen und Handlungsempfehlungen für Kunden und interne Gremien
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen Investment-Spezialisten und externen Asset Managern sowie Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Methoden und Tools im Investmentbereich
Requirements
- Sehr guter Hochschulabschluss in Finanzen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Mathematik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Erste relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Asset Management, Investment Consulting oder im institutionellen Umfeld
- Solides Grundverständnis von Kapitalmärkten, Investmentstrategien und institutionellen Anlageprozessen
- Begonnene oder geplante CFA-Qualifikation ist von Vorteil
- Hohes Interesse an Kapitalmärkten, analytischer Arbeit und der praktischen Umsetzung von Investmentlösungen
- Strukturierte, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägtes Detailbewusstsein
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind ein Plus
