Responsibilities
Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities through cold outreach across multiple channels (email, phone, LinkedIn, video outreach, etc.)
Record personalised outreach videos and client-facing videos as part of the sales and account management process
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and manage early-stage sales conversations
Produce clear, structured project proposals and scopes of work aligned to client needs
Set clear client expectations around deliverables, timelines and processes
Develop and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact to support retention and long-term growth
Manage a portfolio of sales-led client accounts, supporting them from onboarding through to delivery
Liaise closely with Client Services, Digital Strategy and Web teams to ensure smooth handover and successful project delivery
Assist in the ongoing management of client projects, ensuring client satisfaction throughout
Maintain accurate records of sales activity, communications and projects within internal systems
Requirements
Minimum 1 year’s experience in a similar role
Comfortable with cold outreach and proactive business development
Confident communicator across phone, email, video and written formats
Willingness to record videos for outreach and client communication
Passion for excellent customer service
Passion for digital and/or marketing
Excellent communication skills
Strong time management skills
