Responsibilities
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships with Sparkassen (savings banks) in your region.
Support new partner banks throughout their onboarding to our FINMAS platform.
Further develop the product orientation of our partners and conduct market and competitor analyses.
Advise Sparkassen on the digitalization of their mortgage financing processes.
Expand existing business relationships in the area of mortgage financing.
Organize and moderate regional exchange formats, workshops, and events.
Requirements
Completed training in the banking/financial services sector or a degree with a focus on finance.
Several years of professional experience in sales, ideally in the Sparkassen or financial sector.
Very good understanding of the German mortgage financing market.
Strong communication skills, a confident manner, and enjoyment of customer contact.
Proof of expertise according to §34i GewO or willingness to obtain it with us.
Self-organized, proactive, and experienced in mobile/remote working.
