Responsibilities
- HVAC technical reference
- Provide HVAC expertise within the company
- Define, validate and secure HVAC technical choices
- Ensure regulatory compliance and installation quality
- Full project management of HVAC works (studies, planning, execution, handover)
- Organize and monitor sites (scheduling, human and material resources)
- Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors
- Attend site meetings and manage client relations
- Execute and supervise projects on site
- Contribute to the creation and structuring of the HVAC division
- Define methods, technical standards and best practices
- Identify needs for partners, manufacturers and subcontractors
- Support the upskilling of internal teams
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial (tertiary) and/or industrial HVAC
- Proficiency with systems: VRV / DRV, heat pumps, AHUs (air handling units), boiler plants, fan coil units (FCUs)
- Ability to read and understand hydraulic and aeraulic (airflow) schematics
- Good knowledge of standards, DTU and industry best practices
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of proven professional experience in HVAC
- Experience in site/works management or project management required
- Technical diploma (Bac Pro, BTS, DUT/BUT, professional qualification) or equivalent by experience (VAE accepted)
