About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Coordinator providing administrative and program support for campus recruitment initiatives across Southeast Asia. Collaborating with teams to enhance intern program coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Providing general administrative and coordination support to the APAC Talent Acquisition team.
  • Supporting Southeast Asia campus recruitment initiatives.
  • Assisting in managing pre-employment processes prior to onboarding for new hires and intern cohorts.
  • Facilitating candidate interview scheduling and hiring process coordination.
  • Partnering with the APAC TA Coordinator in China to support intern-specific onboarding.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for interns on operational matters.
  • Partnering with hiring managers, recruiters and HR Partners to support intern engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Relations, Foreign Language, or related fields.
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition coordination, HR operations, or program administration.
  • Familiarity with campus recruitment and early-career program coordination is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Proficiency in Thai is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with high attention to detail.
  • Good project management and logical thinking ability.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
