About the role

  • Technical Recruitment Partner leading full-cycle recruitment across multiple technical domains. Building hiring strategies and managing candidate experiences in a growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple technical domains
  • Partner with hiring managers and tech leaders to understand workforce plans and translate them into effective hiring strategies
  • Design and execute scalable recruitment approaches for high-volume and niche technical roles
  • Build sustainable pipelines of top technical talent
  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, tech communities, referrals, and networking events
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates
  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience
  • Conduct thorough technical screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Manage structured interview processes and evaluation frameworks
  • Optimize recruitment workflows using ATS tools and sourcing technologies
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, conversion rates, and pipeline health
  • Use data insights to improve hiring efficiency and quality
  • Stay informed about tech market trends, emerging skills, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices
  • Provide hiring managers with relevant market insights and recommendations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (ideally with a concentration in HR), Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of technical recruitment experience, including hands-on exposure to high-paced environments and hiring for both high-volume and non-technical roles.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong understanding of sourcing tools and professional networks
  • Hands-on experience with full recruitment cycle management using various interview and evaluation methods.
  • Experience using ATS systems (Workable and/or Teamtailor is a plus)
  • Highly tech-savvy and comfortable using Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, Teams, Trello, and similar tools
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
