About the role

  • Sales Representative responsible for selling MKS products and services to customers in assigned territory. Contacting leads and building strong customer relationships while keeping up-to-date with industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for selling the company’s products and/or services with prospective and existing customers in an assigned territory
  • Contact and qualify leads from internal customers, marketing campaigns and trade shows
  • Generate prospective customers through cold calling and close sales generated by cold calling
  • Qualify and follow up with sales leads
  • Direct customers to company website or other company resources for information
  • Build, establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and become a resource for their future product needs
  • Keeps up-to-date knowledge of the industry, as well as the competitive posture of the company
  • Prepares activity and forecast reports as requested

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • 3+ years of related experience required
