Responsibilities
We work in teams with a flat hierarchy — as part of our project teams you will advise leaders of Heraeus' operating companies to drive performance improvements on strategic commercial topics such as marketing, sales, pricing, new business models, sustainability, and growth initiatives.
In national and international projects you will conduct interviews, analyze data, develop improvement initiatives and new concepts, and support implementation activities.
Every project is unique: our operating companies are diverse and operate in dynamic markets, ranging from established market leaders to innovative start-ups.
This means you will constantly face new challenges and have many opportunities to learn and grow.
You are responsible for delivering impact and long-term value — you determine how to achieve this.
Our projects are grounded in an established Commercial Excellence Toolbox, which is continuously expanded with new approaches and best practices.

Requirements
Degree in business or a technical field with excellent academic results
Professional experience in commercial topics such as sales, pricing, marketing, product management, OTC, or growth initiatives, ideally in a B2B environment
Both profiles welcome: experience in a top management consulting firm and/or in a leading industrial company (ideally with project-based work experience)
Excellent communication skills, strong ability to structure complex problems, and high numeracy and analytical confidence
Highly motivated and reliable, eager to learn, open-minded, and a strong team player
Demonstrates strong initiative and ownership — waiting for instructions is not an option for you.
