Responsibilities
This is a field-based sales role focused on quoted repairs, replacements, and small sized commercial projects involving HVAC/plumbing/electrical systems.
The position works directly with facility managers, maintenance supervisors, and ownership groups to identify system issues and recommend practical, cost-effective solutions.
This role is suited for experienced trades professionals who understand system performance and can confidently assess what solution(s) will solve the customer’s problem.
Requirements
A minimum of three years of field trade experience is required.
At least one year of sales experience in same or similar field is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related discipline is preferred.
Must have in-depth knowledge in the industrial/commercial trade being applied for as well as client relations.
A working familiarity and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and ability to be trained in use of company-specific software & tech.
