About the role

  • Account Executive driving sales for a fast-growing tech startup focused on digital solutions for the SMB sector in Germany. Responsible for customer acquisition and full-cycle deal management.

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for acquiring new customers and driving our revenue growth.
  • Deal owner – from the initial meeting and product demo through negotiations to final closing (full-cycle).
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product, and run your own outbound activities to ensure a consistently filled pipeline.
  • Create pitch materials and conduct compelling customer outreach.
  • Monitor ongoing performance to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience selling software solutions—especially in B2B and software or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).
  • Deep understanding of the industry and current market trends, particularly the German mid-market (SMB).
  • Customer-focused with an ability to quickly identify pain points.
  • A self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent German and excellent communication skills.
