About the role

  • Senior Account Executive responsible for new customer acquisition at fast-growing tech startup Flowers. Collaborating across teams to drive revenue and enhance customer experiences in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for acquiring new customers and driving revenue growth.
  • Deal driver — managing the full sales cycle from initial meetings and product demonstrations to negotiation and closing (full-cycle).
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams and run own outbound activities to ensure a consistently healthy pipeline.
  • Own the customer journey, including creating pitch materials and delivering compelling customer outreach.
  • Continuously monitor performance to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience selling software solutions, particularly in B2B and Software or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).
  • Deep understanding of the industry and current market trends — especially the German Mittelstand (SMB) segment.
  • Customer-focused with an ability to quickly identify issues.
  • Strong understanding of how a SaaS product can solve customer problems.
  • Self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in German and excellent communication skills.
