About the role

  • Sales Assistant supporting the Sales team at Catalyst Brands with order management and reporting. Collaborating and executing growth strategies while building relationships with buying teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support sales team on day to day business management and tasks
  • Partner with sales team on developing and executing long term growth strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with buying teams
  • Enter market orders from accounts
  • Participate in cross functional meetings.
  • Track order confirmations and shipping in partnership with Customer Service
  • Manage the ecommerce asset submission process
  • Analyze and report out weekly sales; identify opportunities and risks and share with account managers
  • Own activities related to market prep including line-sheet creation and market packets.
  • Take on special projects as needed
