Responsibilities
Managing relationships with property owners and tenants and handling all property-related correspondence
Acquiring new clients and shaping as well as further developing the Karlsruhe/Heidelberg/Mannheim region
Deepening existing client relationships and providing individual, solution-oriented advice across the entire product portfolio
Increasing revenue by leveraging cross- and up-selling opportunities
Improving service quality through regular collection and analysis of feedback
Establishing and further developing all administrative and management processes
Independently conducting regional annual meetings
Reviewing and preparing operating and service charge statements, as well as checking condominium fee statements
Preparing rental contracts, managing receivables, and implementing rent increases
Coordinating and supporting lettings, including planning handover and acceptance inspections
Coordinating and managing the involved service providers
Master data entry and maintenance
Requirements
Experience in rental and condominium (individual ownership) management of residential and commercial properties
Knowledge of German tenancy law as well as relevant administrative and tax processes
Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
Strong communication skills and customer orientation
