About the role

  • Legal Intern assisting in consumer complaint handling for a fintech company focusing on credit solutions. Managing operational queues and supporting legal compliance tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Handling operational queues to respond to consumer complaints received through administrative channels.
  • Managing operational queues for registering and collecting supporting information/documents to assist in explaining facts to clients (judicial and administrative).
  • Processing operational queues to comply with court orders that require termination of operations, suspension of operations, or other obligations for the company.
  • Managing operational queues for requests to pay expenses arising from court decisions.
  • Assist in organizing and developing internal procedures.
  • Working with Excel databases for reporting information.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a Law degree program;
  • Hands-on attitude;
  • Willingness to learn;
  • Genuine commitment to respond to and resolve client requests.
