Responsibilities

  • Identify, analyze, and resolve potential conflicts of interest across matters and practice areas
  • Protect the firm’s ethical integrity
  • Collaborate with firm leadership, attorneys, and risk management teams
  • Work in a detail-oriented, fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • *Must live in local to one of the location listed above upon application*
  • *Must be comfortable with a *4+4 hybrid schedule (Remote Wednesday’s + 4 additional days per month)
  • Completed Juris Doctorate degree
  • Active and in good standing with the bar (any state)
  • 1+ years as a Conflicts **Attorney **
  • Experience with InTapp
  • Aderant is a nice to have
