About the role

  • Financial Assistant managing daily financial operations at Meu Pet Club with responsibilities in accounts payable and receivable. Support client invoicing and maintain financial documentation efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
  • Issue boletos and tax invoices (notas fiscais)
  • Support client invoicing
  • Perform bank reconciliations
  • Manage and organize financial documents
  • Assist in communications with clients and suppliers regarding financial matters
  • Ensure accurate recording of information in the system

Requirements

  • Previous experience in operational financial routines
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Comfortable using systems and performing administrative routines
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Basic knowledge of billing and tax legislation
