About the role

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs based on business and operational demands.
  • Manage position creation, updates and maintenance in Workday to ensure alignment with workforce plans.
  • Conduct labor market analysis to identify talent and industry trends.
  • Analyze hiring data and workforce planning to identify hiring gaps and future staffing needs.
  • Develop reports that translate workforce data into actionable insights and present recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years in a Workforce Planning (WFM), HR Analyst or HR Business Partner role.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
  • Workday and Adaptive Insights experience.
