About the role
- Senior Architect working on large-scale architectural projects in São Paulo, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality and technical compliance.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside Supervision and the Development Team in conceptualizing projects and executable solutions in architectural projects, interfacing with other stakeholder areas (Permits, Engineering, Complementary disciplines) at different stages (preliminary study, schematic design and construction documents), ensuring delivery within required timelines and quality standards at optimal cost;
- Manage and efficiently apply the technical, legal and standardization requirements involved in project development, as well as client requests, ensuring quality assurance and compliance with current regulations;
- Ability to work on and contribute to multiple diverse projects simultaneously;
- Assist in controlling project revisions and verifying compatibility between disciplines;
- Develop technical feasibility studies for analysis and approval of process costs;
- Review and validate base deliverables for project development, such as surveys, reports, project bases and other items provided by the client;
- Coordinate the architectural design with other disciplines;
- Support construction, permitting, finance and other departments to keep projects and systems updated and controlled;
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urbanism
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite
- Minimum 6 years' experience in a similar role, working on large-scale projects in architecture firms and/or multidisciplinary practices
- Profile oriented toward project control and quality assurance
- Advanced knowledge of standards (NBR 9050, NBR 15575, etc.) and effective coordination with Legal Design and Engineering teams
- Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Revit is essential
