About the role
- Corporate Purchasing role focusing on EU-wide procurement processes. Supporting business development and strategic alignment in a hybrid office environment in Berlin.
Responsibilities
- Du verstehst dich als impulsgebend, verfügst über eine Gastgebermentalität und begeisterst dich für die Aufgaben im Bereich Corporate Purchasing.
- Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von EU-weiten Beschaffungsvorgängen unter Berücksichtigung der geltenden Beschaffungsanforderungen und aller rechtlichen Bedingungen.
- Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von nationalen Vergaben.
- Einkaufstechnische Begleitung der Fachbereiche für die jeweils zugewiesenen Warengruppenschwerpunkten aus dem Bereich Dienstleistungen, Fuhrpark und Betriebsmittel.
- Führen von Verhandlungen sowie Mitwirkung in der Weiterentwicklung des Einkaufs (z.B. Spend-Analysen, Anwendung von TCO-Ansätzen)
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Bachelor-Studium in Betriebswirtschaftslehre bzw. technischen Umfeld oder Fachwirtausbildung IHK mit nachgewiesener langjähriger Berufserfahrung im Einkauf von Dienstleistungen.
- Gute Kenntnisse im EU-Vergaberecht.
- Erste Erfahrungen im öffentlichen Einkauf und Einkaufserfahrung in der Warengruppe Dienstleistungen.
- Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Standardsoftware incl. MS-Office Paket und Anwenderkenntnisse im SAP R3 MM, Vergabemanager sowie IT-Einkaufssystemen.
- Gute Englischkenntnisse.
