About the role

Responsibilities
- Maintain daily financial ledgers for sales contracts and oversee the invoicing process.
- Actively monitor budget execution across departments and maintain detailed expense ledgers.
- Perform monthly extraction and reporting of operational data, ensuring accuracy and consistency of management reports.
- Maintain foundational financial data to ensure stability and accuracy, implementing automation and AI-assisted analysis tools.
- Support internal and external audits while optimizing the "Order-to-Cash" workflow and internal compliance controls.
- Assist with other strategic projects within the Finance Department as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Accounting, Finance, or related fields are preferred.
- 1–2 years of audit experience at a reputable accounting firm (Big 4 preferred) or relevant experience in FP&A/Finance.
- Strong ability to handle large datasets and advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, data cleaning, and basic modeling).
- Excellent logical thinking and data sensitivity, with the ability to identify anomalies and conduct root-cause analysis.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support cross-departmental collaboration.
- A basic understanding of data analysis tools, automation, or the application of AI in finance is highly preferred.
