About the role

  • Senior Finance Integration Specialist managing finance integration for new veterinary clinics in Europe, supporting IVC Evidensia's international growth strategy. Collaborating with teams across borders and enhancing financial operations.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Integration on all matters related to finance integration and corporate integration — both strategic and operational
  • Responsible for the finance integration of new clinics and practices into our group (Post-Merger Integration)
  • Manage and coordinate the preparation of Purchase Price Allocations (PPA) in collaboration with our team in England
  • Prepare and support business transfers in the context of corporate integrations
  • Oversee contractual relationships with banks, suppliers and service providers in the finance context
  • Review and contribute to legal agreements (share purchase agreements, service agreements, loan agreements, service contracts, etc.)
  • Handle corporate law matters (shareholder resolutions, commercial register, transparency register, among others)
  • Act as the point of contact for new locations, internal stakeholders and external service providers during integration
  • Participate in and take ownership of finance projects and special topics within the finance function
  • Work closely with the international Shared Service Center (SSC) in England and India

Requirements

  • University degree in business/economics with a focus on Finance, Accounting or Controlling
  • Minimum of 5 years professional experience in finance, controlling or accounting
  • Experience in finance integration, post-merger integration or corporate integration is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills in German and English — a key success factor in an international environment
  • IT affinity and confident use of standard Office applications
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured, independent working style
  • Enthusiasm, team spirit and enjoyment of cross-functional project work
  • Ideally, first experience working with international teams or shared service centers
  • Additional languages (French/Italian) are a plus but not required
