Senior Finance Integration Specialist managing finance integration for new veterinary clinics in Europe, supporting IVC Evidensia's international growth strategy. Collaborating with teams across borders and enhancing financial operations.
Responsibilities
Support the Head of Integration on all matters related to finance integration and corporate integration — both strategic and operational
Responsible for the finance integration of new clinics and practices into our group (Post-Merger Integration)
Manage and coordinate the preparation of Purchase Price Allocations (PPA) in collaboration with our team in England
Prepare and support business transfers in the context of corporate integrations
Oversee contractual relationships with banks, suppliers and service providers in the finance context
Review and contribute to legal agreements (share purchase agreements, service agreements, loan agreements, service contracts, etc.)
Handle corporate law matters (shareholder resolutions, commercial register, transparency register, among others)
Act as the point of contact for new locations, internal stakeholders and external service providers during integration
Participate in and take ownership of finance projects and special topics within the finance function
Work closely with the international Shared Service Center (SSC) in England and India
Requirements
University degree in business/economics with a focus on Finance, Accounting or Controlling
Minimum of 5 years professional experience in finance, controlling or accounting
Experience in finance integration, post-merger integration or corporate integration is an advantage
Strong communication skills in German and English — a key success factor in an international environment
IT affinity and confident use of standard Office applications
Strong analytical skills and a structured, independent working style
Enthusiasm, team spirit and enjoyment of cross-functional project work
Ideally, first experience working with international teams or shared service centers
Additional languages (French/Italian) are a plus but not required
