About the role

  • Senior HR Business Partner at Merz Aesthetics developing and executing HR strategies in EMEA. Collaborating closely with stakeholders to support business goals with a focus on talent acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Close collaboration with key stakeholders to develop and implement HR strategies
  • Primary point of contact for all HR-related matters within the business team
  • Change management, including organizational restructuring and process improvements
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance the employee experience
  • Coaching and supporting on-site leaders and managers
  • Responsible for recruitment, contract administration, and related administrative tasks
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies
  • Collaboration with HR colleagues across the EMEA region

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a comparable qualification
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Sound knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment law
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and handle sensitive HR matters diplomatically
  • Experience efficiently managing multiple HR projects from conception to implementation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Good written and spoken English and German
