Responsibilities
Close collaboration with key stakeholders to develop and implement HR strategies
Primary point of contact for all HR-related matters within the business team

Coaching and supporting on-site leaders and managers
Responsible for recruitment, contract administration, and related administrative tasks
Ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies
Collaboration with HR colleagues across the EMEA region
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a comparable qualification
5+ years of progressive HR experience
Sound knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment law
Strong coaching and mentoring skills
Ability to resolve conflicts and handle sensitive HR matters diplomatically
Experience efficiently managing multiple HR projects from conception to implementation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
Good written and spoken English and German
