About the role

  • Key Account Manager handling sales of Merz Aesthetics products in Austria. Developing customer relationships and driving growth in medical aesthetics market through innovative strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Successful sales of the Merz Aesthetics portfolio (dermal fillers and medical devices) to physicians
  • Persuading new clients of the product portfolio and overall service offering
  • Developing and managing existing clients to drive sustainable growth
  • Organizing training sessions for physicians and participating in conferences and trade shows
  • Monitoring the market, analyzing sales statistics, and providing accurate reporting

Requirements

  • University degree in Health Management, Business, or a related field
  • Qualification as a medical device consultant preferred; pharmaceutical representative certification is an additional plus
  • Initial experience in direct sales of consultative/complex products (e.g., cosmetics, consumer goods)
  • Passion for aesthetics, quick comprehension, and strong execution skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and strong IT affinity
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for sales
