Responsibilities
Successful sales of the Merz Aesthetics portfolio (dermal fillers and medical devices) to physicians
Persuading new clients of the product portfolio and overall service offering
Developing and managing existing clients to drive sustainable growth
Organizing training sessions for physicians and participating in conferences and trade shows
Monitoring the market, analyzing sales statistics, and providing accurate reporting
Requirements
University degree in Health Management, Business, or a related field
Qualification as a medical device consultant preferred; pharmaceutical representative certification is an additional plus
Initial experience in direct sales of consultative/complex products (e.g., cosmetics, consumer goods)
Passion for aesthetics, quick comprehension, and strong execution skills
Proficient in MS Office and strong IT affinity
Excellent communication skills and a passion for sales
