About the role

  • HR Administration role supporting a dynamic HR team with tasks like payroll and contract preparation. Opportunity for growth towards HR Business Partner position in Vienna, Austria.

Responsibilities

  • Support the HR team with administrative tasks
  • Take on own areas of responsibility after onboarding
  • Preparation of payroll and drafting of employment contracts
  • Support in time tracking and absence management
  • Tasks related to occupational health management

Requirements

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or Matura (Austrian secondary school leaving certificate)
  • Ideally, professional experience in HR
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Excellent German and very good English skills
  • Experience with BMD or other HR software desirable
  • Interest in a responsible and varied range of tasks
  • Team-oriented with an open communication style
