- Kenntnisse in der Wartung und Reparatur von elektronischen Anlagen und Systemen
- Erfahrung in der Führung und Motivation von Teams
- Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Lösungsorientiertes Denken und eine Hands-on-Mentalität
- Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten, auch am Abend oder am Wochenende
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und technischer Verwaltungssoftware
