About the role
- Process Manager responsible for Configuration and Change Management in global IT landscape. Collaborating with stakeholders and implementing ITIL best practices in Lübeck.
Responsibilities
- Execute and enforce the configuration management process, including maintaining and updating the Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- Ensure a smooth change management process, including monitoring, supporting and approving (CAB) approval processes, and promoting continuous improvement
- Develop and implement a roadmap for a holistic and agile configuration and change management approach in line with ITIL best practices
- Act as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders on all operational matters
- Maintain, improve and implement processes within the ITSM solution and generate reports
- Deliver training and provide operational support for colleagues and external partners, including creating user guides and work instructions
- Participate in cross-functional projects as the operational expert for Configuration and Change Management and represent process-related topics
Requirements
- Degree in IT or completed vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or equivalent
- Professional experience in IT Service Management (especially Configuration and Change Management)
- Experience with ITSM tools in the areas of configuration, change management, reporting and IT service management
- Strong understanding of ITIL v3 and/or ITIL v4
- Familiarity with IT governance, compliance and audit requirements
- Business-fluent German and English
